A New Chapter for Bride in Mind
THE JOURNAL | BEHIND THE BRAND
Some businesses begin with a service.
Others begin with an idea.
Bride in Mind began with a belief.
That the experience of planning a wedding should matter just as much as the wedding itself.
It's a belief that has shaped the way I work, the conversations I have with couples and the business I've been building behind the scenes.
And now, it's shaping the next chapter of Bride in Mind. I have been her, I know what my brides, my couples need and deserve. So through the conversations I have, and the work I do, the events I host and the suppliers I connect couples with, we are changing the narrative that wedding planning is hard, and we are working on making this time incredibly impactful in so many ways. So you take from this what you need, and it benefits you beyond the aisle.

More than wedding planning
When people think of wedding planning, they often picture timelines, spreadsheets, venue visits and supplier coordination.
And those things are important.
They're the foundations of a well-organised wedding.
But they're only part of the picture.
Behind every wedding is a couple navigating an experience that's exciting, emotional, personal and sometimes overwhelming.
They're making financial decisions, managing expectations and bringing together people from different parts of their lives.
They're creating something they've probably never created before.
I believe the support they receive should reflect that. I also hear almost daily, but I have a venue coordinator...and I just see/hear tumbleweeds...we are a completely different entity to a venue coordinator. Venue coordinators change throughout a couples journey, they are not on whatsapp all day with you, they do not meet for coffees, and they will not meet you monthly just to go over your plans or slight worries and concerns, and that isn't because they do not care, it is because this is not their job, they do not have the capacity. So if you do want more support and guidance, and direction and hype. You need a wedding planner, if you want more support and control and a dedicated conversation on the day you need a wedding coordinator.
Introducing a more considered experience
The next chapter of Bride in Mind brings together everything I've wanted this business to represent.
Expert wedding planning.
Thoughtful coordination.
Meaningful personal support.
Experiences that bring people together.
And a genuine commitment to protecting the couple's experience throughout their journey.
Our planning services have been developed to offer different levels of professional support, from comprehensive wedding planning to monthly guidance and focused strategy sessions.
Because not every couple needs the same thing.
But every couple deserves to feel supported.
The people and partnerships behind Bride in Mind

One of the most exciting parts of building this business has been developing relationships with people who share the same approach.
Talented suppliers, wonderful venues, bridal businesses and professionals who genuinely care about the couples they work with.
I believe collaboration is one of the most important ingredients in creating exceptional experiences.
When suppliers communicate well, respect one another and work towards the same outcome, the couple benefits.
That's why collaboration will always remain central to what we do. What I have noticed creeping in to the industry more now since I got married personally 5 years ago, is suppliers seeing this is a transaction, as just their 'job' it absolutely isn't - and call me an old romantic, but this is the one day that lives on in a couples and families memory bank forever. So the team I bring to your plans will never just see you as a client, putting cash in their back pockets. It has to be as it is for me, so much more than that! I promise to protect everyone that crosses my path to work with me, or just through conversation to keep you away from that.
Creating space for something more
As Bride in Mind grows, so does our vision.
Our Events offering creates opportunities for beautiful gatherings, meaningful conversations and creative experiences. We are hosting a Sound bath tonight, and will be announcing more tomorrow, so do check our events pages for updates on upcoming gatherings of like minded people, and bridal inspired moments.
The Journal specifically provides a space for honest advice, thoughtful planning guidance and stories worth sharing.
And The Experience brings together the personal elements that make our approach different.
These aren't separate ideas.
They're all part of the same philosophy. A philosophy that I built as a bride myself, and then continued to develop it, and it now is my lifes work!
The next chapter
I want Bride in Mind to be recognised for beautiful weddings.
But I also want it to be recognised for the relationships we build, the support we offer and the experiences we create. My couples become friends, and our relationships last beyond the aisle. I am as invested in your day as you are.
I want to be remembered for being a positive influence in this space, for supporting couples through one of the most impactful times of their lives, for doing the little things that make a meaningful difference, for raising standards without losing the passion behind the work and for remembering that the couple always comes first.
This next chapter is about bringing those values to life in everything we do.
Thank you for being part of it.
