Our FIRST MAMAS WELLNESS RETREAT will be on 5 - 7th APRIL 2024! With ALL your food included, beautiful grazing boards and exquisite dining experiences, plus sessions from ⬇️ ✅ Dr of Psychology specialising in the first 1000 days of our little darlings lives ✅ Pre & Post Partum fitness sessions from Professional educators and transformative coaching sessions, guiding you on how to remain focussed and know it’s ok and a necessity to still take time for you! ✅ Hypnobirthing and Sleep Coaching break out sessions ✅ Baby Massage clinics ✅ New Mummy Q&A Panels Plus So Much more! Suitable for women that are expecting their baby’s but also new mums too that want to take time back and surround themselves with others who want to learn more and do more for themselves 👏🏼 Each Mummy attending will also get a gift bag for her and baby ❤️🎁
