The day Alex's little boy Teddy was born, her entire reason for being here changed. The narrative that exists for most needs to change in the sense that we are our own worst enemy, we default to seeing ourselves in a negative light, and Alex now works with Mums at all stages of their journey to empower them into knowing just how incredible they are. To remind them who is watching, and to elevate them through our retreats and wellness courses to take back time, and find time to remind themselves that they are amazing and to truly believe and live out that narrative, for their benefit but also everyone around them.
